I am not a great patient but they do there best to make sure you know what is going on every step of the way. The hygienists are nice and caring and understanding. The dentist is great and really knows there stuff. I have never been to a dentist I liked till now and will never go anywhere else as long as I have teeth. Thank you very much didsbury smiles. Every time I have either called or gone to Smiles Dental the people there are always so pleasant to talk to and are very knowledgeable. Any concerns I have had they have been able to deal with professionally and happily. This is the best place I've ever taken my kids! I have 4 kids and we have taken them to different dentists over the years and a couple pediatric dentists and we have never had such great care and been treated as well as we have at Didsbury smiles. The hygienists are so great with kids and so friendly, the dentists are very patient and great with the kids also. The front staff are so always so lovely to deal with and very helpful and understanding.
We're so happy here I don't have a single complaint, they're going to be stuck with us forever now.
